Who is Charlie Gough

About Me

I am passionate about all things IT and enjoy learning new things. When I am not working, studying for an exam, or learning something new, I am usually enjoying amazing times with my 3 boys (Bertie, Finn and Ellis). Usually finding a nice beach to walk along or some woodlands to discover or when the weather isn’t great outside building Lego, which is one of my favourite past times and things I enjoy to do with my boys.

I live in Somerset in the UK, I co-parent my boys 50% of the time, so a lot of my free time revolves around making sure we have adventures.

I am also a Microsoft MVP in Security, I was awarded this in March 2023, and I work as the Head of Presales for Atech Cloud, specialising in delivering Microsoft solutions around the Microsoft Security Ecosystem. I have a passion around security automation, tool consolidation and delivering secure and sustainable IT Solutiions for customers. With the main focus being the Identity space.

I absolutely love being able to get in front of a customer and talk about the benefits of the Microsoft Security tools, how they can add value and how they can deliver business related results. Then working with them to deliver and achieve their goals of a more secure environment.
